Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! Apply 1-2 times a week until your skin has acclimatised, and avoid exfoliation during the first 2-3 weeks of use.
For initial use, we recommend using it 1-2 times per week. Layer your treatment over a moisturiser (once it has absorbed) to minimise irritation for the first 2 weeks. Afterward, start to use it beneath the moisturiser.
Always perform a patch test before using the product. If no irritation occurs after 24 hours, you can apply the product as directed above and gradually increase frequency.
Our formula contains 0.05% stabilized retinaldehyde. However, the percentage doesn’t tell the full story of our overall formulation. Our formula pairs retinal with liposomal Ursolic Acid and Niosomal Glutathione, as well as Peptides and Bakuchiol, creating a comprehensive, well-optimized formula that further enhances and boosts results, versus relying solely on a singular percentage of a Vitamin A derivative. This combination makes the product gentle yet highly effective in supporting skin renewal and addressing concerns like fine lines, uneven tone, and dullness.
Due to the Retinal (Vitamin A) content, this formula is not recommended if you are pregnant/breastfeeding. Please always consult with your doctor.
For amplified results, we highly recommend you pair Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform with Triphala Pigmentation Corrector to directly tackle hyperpigmentation and discoloration issues, brightening and evening skin tone.
