You can earn points in the ‘Ways to Earn’ section of your loyalty panel. Points are credited for actions like signing up, making purchases, following us on social media, or leaving reviews. Social media and birthday points must be earned via the panel. Review points are credited for verified reviews and can only be earned once every 30 days.
How do I redeem points for rewards?
To redeem points, head to the ‘Ways to Redeem’ section in your loyalty panel. Once you’ve accumulated enough points, generate a discount code. Apply it at checkout to enjoy your reward. Only one reward can be applied per order
How do I check my VIP tier?
Log into your account and visit the VIP section in your rewards panel. Here, you can view your current tier or track your progress. Click on any tier to see the benefits associated with it.
How do I use a previously redeemed reward?
Log into your account and navigate to ‘Your Rewards’. Select the reward you want to use, then either copy and paste the code at checkout or click ‘Apply Code’ to apply it directly.
How many points can I redeem per order?
You can redeem a maximum of 2,500 points ($25) per order.
Can I stack rewards at checkout?
Only one coupon can be used per order. However, you can combine a coupon with a gift card at checkout.
Do points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 1 year after they are earned. Make sure to use them within this timeframe to enjoy your rewards.
Can I use my points during sales or promotions?
No, points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other discounts or promotions on the same order. However, you can still use your points on full-priced items during these periods.
Do I earn points on shipping and taxes?
Points are earned on the product purchase amount only. You will not earn points for shipping costs or taxes.
How do I track my points?
Log into your Sachi Glow Rewards account and visit the loyalty panel. Here, you can check your points balance and see your progress toward rewards.
Can I earn points for past purchases?
Points can only be earned for purchases made after you join the rewards program. Unfortunately, points cannot be added retroactively for purchases made before joining.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
How long does it take for points to be credited to my account?
Points are typically credited to your account immediately after qualifying actions like purchases, reviews, and social media follows, provided you are logged into your account.
Why isn’t my reward working at checkout?
If your coupon isn’t working, ensure you're only applying one reward. Promotional items may not accept discount codes. If problems persist, contact customercare@sachiskin.com for assistance.
How do I refer a friend?
Share your referral link via social media, email, or messaging apps. Once your friend makes a purchase using the link, you’ll receive a reward. You can track referrals and rewards in your loyalty panel.
How do I earn birthday points?
To earn birthday points, log into your account and add your birthday in the ‘Ways to Earn’ section of your loyalty panel. You will receive points on your next birthday. If you need to correct your birthday, you can update it, but note that changes made within 30 days of your birthday won’t earn points until the following year.
What happens to my points if I cancel an order?
If you cancel or return a purchase, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your account balance.
