Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring that you are happy with your Sachi Skin experience. Which is why we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@sachiskin.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
Flostream LtdPlease note that item(s) returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Sachi Skin reserves the right to reject any return following inspection if the item(s) does not meet our return conditions.
When returning item(s), please use a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels. We also do not provide pre-paid return labels and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a previously purchased item(s), please contact our customer service team to arrange a return. Once the item is received and approved, we will issue a refund, and you may place a new order for your preferred product.
We are not able to offer refunds or exchange for products that are used for hygiene purposes.
If there are any damages / shortages / incorrect product placement, please do contact us within 2 days of receipt with your order number, full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents. We will help you to process an exchange, gift card or refund for the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be credited to your account, excluding original delivery charges which are non-refundable.
Only item(s) purchased from our website may be accepted for return or exchange. If you purchased our products from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned back to Sachi Skin due to an incorrect delivery address being provided or the customer not collecting from their postal office, a re-delivery cost will be charged. Customers will be contacted via email should a package be returned to us.
If you provide us with the incorrect name or address details which results in the parcel being lost or stuck in customs, we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for this, which may result in you having to place a new order with additional costs. Therefore, we highly recommend you double-check your details before submitting your order to us.
Please notify us of any missing parcels within 30 days in order for us to take further action. If we are not notified within this time frame, it will be assumed the parcel has been delivered with no further pending issues.
