First week

Yes! Apply 1-2 times a week until your skin has acclimatised, and avoid exfoliation during the first 2-3 weeks of use.
For initial use, we recommend using it 1-2 times per week. Layer your treatment over a moisturiser (once it has absorbed) to minimise irritation for the first 2 weeks. Afterward, start to use it beneath the moisturiser.
Always perform a patch test before using the product. If no irritation occurs after 24 hours, you can apply the product as directed above and gradually increase frequency.
Rosacea is a medical skin condition, so we always recommend consulting your doctor first. To enhance results, use our gentle exfoliant Complexion Clarifying Accelerator 2–3 times per week in the morning on non-retinal days. Be sure to wear a broad-spectrum SPF daily, as sun exposure can worsen hyperpigmentation and slow progress.

Yes, you can. But we only suggest this for advanced retinoid users who are acclimated to strong Vitamin A or prescription strength use. Even so, we suggest using the Complexion Clarifying Accelerator 1-3 times a week or as a flash mask rather than an overnight serum.
