When can I expect visible skin results with your products?
This will vary depending upon the product for some products the difference can be noticed just after one use as some ingredients start work immediately like an exfoliating acid for other products the results will be more noticeable after 4 weeks or 8-16 weeks depending on your skin cycle turnover (which slows as we age). For example, the full benefits of a retinoid are usually visible after a few skin cycles.
Beautiful skin naturally requires the appropriate lifestyle in the sense of a healthy diet, enough water, regular detoxification.
What is the expiry of your products?
Our products will have a best before date on the bottom of the packaging and/or a PAO otherwise known as period after opening. This is represented on the packaging, by a symbol of an open can with a number inside it. For example, 6M (is 6 months). This information will guide you to use the products within the PAO for peak efficiency.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. We have conducted rigorous clinical testing, however never on animals and we ensure our raw materials and manufactures make a declaration of “non animal testing”. This is further verified by our EU Regulator.
Are your products safe for sensitive skins?
We have done ocular and patch tests on all of our products to ensure they cause minimal irritation and are safe to use. Some of our products will be more suited to sensitive skins than others please check the Suitable For tab on the product page for more information. However we recommend you to always conduct a patch test and wait 24 hours before using any product.
Are your products non-comedogenic?
We avoid all high rating comedogenic ingredients in our products aimed for blemish prone skins to ensure the products work effectively.
Is it normal to feel tingling when using the Serums?
Yes & No.
Some may experience a tingling sensation upon application depending on the state of the skin barrier and tolerance levels. Generally low PH or acid products can tingle however this usually dissipates once the skin becomes acclimated.
Especially when the PH of the product is lower than the PH of the skin, this can cause some irritation and sensitivities which is usually temporary as the product acclimatizes to your skin and your skin returns to its normal PH. If irritation and sensitivity continues for long we recommend to stop using the product. A tingling sensation is usually experienced with “Acid” related products or “L Ascorbic Acid” (Vitamin C) and can even include some others
Some may experience a temporary tingling sensation upon application due to the nature of “Acid” and “L Ascorbic Acid” (Vitamin C) products but your skin should return back to normal after a while. If irritation and sensitivity continues for long we recommend to stop using the product.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. The shipping time may vary. Shipping to the UK will take 2-4 working days while shipping to the US will take 5-12 working days and Europe 3-10 days approximately. Click here to see shipping time to other countries.
When will my order ship?
A confirmation email will be sent to you after an order has been placed. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays / Sundays or Bank holidays will be processed on the following working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your parcel.
What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?

Where can I find my tracking information?
You will be notified of your tracking number via email. A tracking number will be provided which you can use to check the status of your parcel with the service provider.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email us at customercare@sachiskin.com. We will try our best to ensure the correct delivery of your order.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Please drop us a message on WhatsApp or email us at customercare@sachiskin.com and we will get you in touch with our courier partner.
Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; we will re-deliver on the next available date. Do note that there will be a re-delivery fee which we will send via email.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If there are any damages / shortages / incorrect product placement, please do contact us within 2 days of receipt at customercare@sachiskin.com with your order number, full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents. We will help you to process an exchange, gift card or refund for the item. Please take note we are not able to refund the delivery cost.
How are refunds processed?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be credited to your account. Unfortunately we are not able to refund original shipping charges.
Are your products recyclable?
Finding the balance between safety, efficacy of formulation and sustainability has been one of the most challenging goals for us as a small independent brand. Our priority will always be your skin health and ensuring that we are able to deliver safe and effective formulations to you for visible results. As a result choosing an airless system for some of our products is critical however what we found its that most airless system use far more plastics than is necessary for example they are two or three times the size we looked to reduced airless packaging waste by opting to choose reduced waste packaging and we will continue to look for more suitable options in our inner packaging. Our outer packaging is made from FSC paper, Soy Ink and is 100% recyclable

Can I change or cancel my order?

Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?
You can join our newsletter where we will let you in on exclusive launches, news and offers.
Can I use multiple promo codes?
Only one promo code can be used per order and this will not apply to already discounted items.
The product I want is out of stock, will it be available again?
Yes, please click the “notify me” button on the product page and a pop-up will appear where you will be asked to enter your email. We will email you to let you know once we have restocked our product.
